At EzyShop, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which orders may be cancelled and refunds may be processed.

Order Cancellation

1. Cancellation by Customer

  1. Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  2. Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  3. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team immediately.

2. Cancellation by EzyShop

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following cases:

  1. Product unavailability
  2. Pricing or listing errors
  3. Payment issues or suspected fraud
  4. Incomplete or incorrect customer information

In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded.

Refund Policy

1. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be initiated if:

  1. The order is cancelled successfully before shipment
  2. The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
  3. The wrong product is delivered
  4. The product is lost in transit

📌 Unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to damaged, defective, or wrong products.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  1. Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
  2. Items without original packaging or tags
  3. Perishable or hygiene-related products (if applicable)
  4. Products purchased during clearance or sale (unless defective)

Refund Process

  1. Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
  2. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  3. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Replacement Policy

  1. Eligible products may be replaced instead of refunded.
  2. Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Product replacement is subject to stock availability.

Shipping Charges

  1. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the order is cancelled by EzyShop or due to a verified issue from our side.
